सर्वपापहरं पुण्यं पुराणं रुद्रभाषितम् । यः शृणोति नरो भक्त्या तस्य पुण्यफलं शृणु
sarvapāpaharaṃ puṇyaṃ purāṇaṃ rudrabhāṣitam | yaḥ śṛṇoti naro bhaktyā tasya puṇyaphalaṃ śṛṇu
ருத்ரன் உரைத்த இந்தப் புனித புராணம் எல்லாப் பாவங்களையும் நீக்கும். இதை பக்தியுடன் கேட்பவனுக்குக் கிடைக்கும் புண்ணியப் பயனை இப்போது கேள்.
