युधिष्ठिर उवाच । कथमुदीर्णरूपोऽभूद्वाराहो धरणीधरः । वाराहत्वं गतः केन पञ्चमः केन संज्ञितः
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | kathamudīrṇarūpo'bhūdvārāho dharaṇīdharaḥ | vārāhatvaṃ gataḥ kena pañcamaḥ kena saṃjñitaḥ
யுதிஷ்டிரன் கூறினான்: “பூமியைத் தாங்கும் வராஹன் அந்தப் பெரும்வடிவில் எவ்வாறு தோன்றினான்? யாரால் அவன் வராஹத்துவம் அடைந்தான்? ‘ஐந்தாம்’ என ஏன் அழைக்கப்படுகிறான்?”
