vidhinā yo nṛpaśreṣṭha kurute vṛṣamokṣaṇam | tasya yatphalamuddiṣṭaṃ purāṇe rudrabhāṣitam

அரசர்களில் சிறந்தவனே, யார் முறையின்படி வृषமோட்சணத்தைச் செய்கிறாரோ, புராணத்தில் ருத்ரன் உரைத்த பலன் எதுவோ—அதே அவருக்குக் கிடைக்கும்.
