न क्लेशत्वं द्विजे युक्तं न चान्यो जानते फलम् । विद्यादानस्य महतः श्रावितस्य सुतस्य च
na kleśatvaṃ dvije yuktaṃ na cānyo jānate phalam | vidyādānasya mahataḥ śrāvitasya sutasya ca
ஹே இருபிறப்போரே! பதிலளிப்பதில் தயக்கம் அல்லது சிரமம் உகந்ததல்ல; ஏனெனில் மாபெரும் கல்வியளிப்பின் பலனையும், கேள்வியால் நன்கு பயிற்றப்பட்ட மகனின் பலனையும் வேறு யாரும் உண்மையாக அறியார்.
