वनस्पतिगते सोमे ह्यध्वानं योऽधिगच्छति । भवन्ति पितरस्तस्य तं मासं रेणुभोजनाः
vanaspatigate some hyadhvānaṃ yo'dhigacchati | bhavanti pitarastasya taṃ māsaṃ reṇubhojanāḥ
சோமன் தாவரங்களில் நிலைத்திருக்கும் காலத்தில் யார் பயணம் தொடங்குகிறாரோ, அவருடைய அந்த மாதத்தில் பித்ருக்கள் பிண்ட-தர்ப்பணமின்றி ‘ரேணுபோஜிகள்’ (தூளுண்போர்) ஆகின்றனர்।
