पुरु॑ष ए॒वेदᳪ सर्वं॒ यद्भू॒तं यच्च॑ भा॒व्य॒म् । उ॒तामृ॑त॒त्वस्येशा॑नो॒ यदन्ने॑नाति॒रोह॑ति

Transliteration

púruṣa evédáṃ sárvaṃ yád bhūtáṃ yác ca bhāvyàm | utā́mṛtatvásyeśā́no yád ánnenātiróhati

Translation

புருஷனே நிச்சயமாக இதுவே அனைத்தும்—இருந்ததையும் இனி இருப்பதையும். மேலும் அவர் அமரத்துவத்தின் ஈசனும் ஆவார்; ஏனெனில் அன்னத்தினால் அவர் (அனைத்தையும்) மீறி வளர்கிறார்.
