Transliteration
cittíṃ juhomi manásā ghṛténa yáthā devā ihā́gaman vītí-hotṛā ṛtā-vṛ́dhaḥ | pátye víśvasya bhū́mano juhómi víśvakarmaṇe víśvāhā ’dā́bhyaṃ havíḥ
Translation
நான் நெய்யுடன் மனத்தால் ‘சித்தி’யை ஹோமமாக அர்ப்பணிக்கிறேன்; இதனால் ருதத்தை வளர்ப்போர் ஆகிய தேவர்கள், ஹவிக்காக முறையாக அழைக்கப்பட்டு இங்கே வருக. அனைத்துப் பெருமையின் அதிபதி—விஸ்வகர்மன்—க்கு நான் ‘விஸ்வாஹா’ (ஒவ்வொரு அழைப்பிலும்) தவறாத, வெல்ல முடியாத ஹவியை அர்ப்பணிக்கிறேன்.
