सतीचरिते पितृगृहे आशीर्वाद-वचनम् तथा यौवनारम्भः — Satī at her father’s house: blessings and the onset of youth
यो नान्यां जगृहे नापि गृह्णाति न ग्रहीष्यति । जायां स ते पतिर्भूयादनन्यसदृशश्शुभे
yo nānyāṃ jagṛhe nāpi gṛhṇāti na grahīṣyati | jāyāṃ sa te patirbhūyādananyasadṛśaśśubhe
ஓ மங்களமே, வேறு பெண்ணை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளாதவனும், இப்போது ஏற்காதவனும், இனி என்றும் ஏற்கமாட்டவனும்—அவனே உன் கணவராகட்டும்; நீ அவனின் ஒரே, ஒப்பற்ற மனைவியாக இருப்பாயாக.
