बहिर्निस्सृत्य कैलासात्त्वष्टा शासनतो हरेः । विरेचे नगरं रम्यमद्भुतं निकटे गिरेः
bahirnissṛtya kailāsāttvaṣṭā śāsanato hareḥ | virece nagaraṃ ramyamadbhutaṃ nikaṭe gireḥ
கைலாசத்திலிருந்து வெளியே வந்து, ஹரி (விஷ்ணு) அவர்களின் ஆணையின்படி த்வஷ்டா மலையின் அருகே இனிமையும் அதிசயமும் நிறைந்த நகரத்தை அமைத்தான்।
