Sukta 9.86
ईशान इमा भुवनानि वीयसे युजान इन्दो हरितः सुपर्ण्यः । तास्ते क्षरन्तु मधुमद्घृतं पयस्तव व्रते सोम तिष्ठन्तु कृष्टयः ॥
īśāná imā́ bhúvanāni vī́yase yujāná indo harítaḥ suparṇyàḥ | tā́ste kṣarantu mádhumad ghṛtáṃ páyas táva vraté soma tiṣṭhantu kṛ́ṣṭayaḥ ||
இவ்வுலகங்களின் ஈசானனே, நீ உன் வீர்ய-பூரணத்தில் முன்னே செல்கிறாய், இந்துவே; பசுமை ஒளியுடைய, வலிய சிறகுகள் கொண்ட (ஸுபர்ண்ய) சக்திகளை யோஜித்து. அவை உனக்காக தேன் கலந்த நெய்யையும் பாலையும் பொழியட்டும்; சோமனே, உன் வ்ரதத்தில் (ருத-நியமத்தில்) மக்கள் உறுதியாக நிலைத்திருக்கட்டும்.
