यो अप्सु चन्द्रमा इव सोमश्चमूषु ददृशे । पिबेदस्य त्वमीशिषे ॥
Transliteration
yó apsú candrámā iva sómaś camū́ṣu dadṛ́śe | píbéd asya tvám ī́śiṣe ||
Translation
ஓ இந்திரா, நீரில் நிலா போல பாத்திரங்களில் தோன்றிக் காணப்படும் அந்த சோமத்தைப் பருகு; அதன் செயல்-விளைவின் அதிபதி நீயே.
