Transliteration
prá mitrā́ya prá ā́ryamṇe sacathyám ṛtāvaso | varū́thyaṃ váruṇe chándyaṃ vácaḥ stotrám rā́jasu gāyata ||
Translation
ஓ Ṛta-வின் காவலர்களே—மித்ரனுக்காக நட்புறவான வாக்கை முன்னே பாடுங்கள்; அர்யமனுக்காகவும் பாடுங்கள். மேலும் வருணனுக்காகக் காப்பளிக்கும், நன்கு அமைந்த சொல்—அந்த அரசர்களான (தேவ-சக்திகளான)வர்களிடையே உங்கள் ஸ்தோத்திரத்தைப் பாடுங்கள்.
