Sukta 7.56

Rishi: Vasiṣṭha (presumptive)

सा विट् सुवीरा मरुद्भिरस्तु सनात्सहन्ती पुष्यन्ती नृम्णम् ॥

sā́ víṭ suvī́rā marúdbhir astu sanā́t sáhantī púṣyantī nṛ́mṇam ||

மருத்களுடன் அந்த ‘விட்’ (குல-வசதி) நல்ல வீரர்களால் நிறைந்ததாக இருக்கட்டும்—பழங்காலமுதல் தாங்கி நிற்பதாக, வெல்லுவதாக, மேலும் ந்ரும்ண (ஆண்மை-ஒளித் திறன்) வளர்ப்பதாக.
