tvaṁ sū́karasya dadṛhi táva dardartu sūkaráḥ | stotṝ́n índrasya rāyasi kím asmā́n du cchunāyase ní ṣu svàpa ||

Translation

ஏ (உள்ளார்ந்த) சக்தியே, சூகரனை நசுக்கு; உன் வலத்தால் அந்தச் சூகரன் சிதறட்டும். ஸ்தோதாவுக்காக நீ இந்திரனின் ராயி (செல்வ-நிறைவு); அப்படியிருக்க எங்களை ஏன் துஷ்சுனா (அமங்கலம்) நோக்கித் திருப்புகிறாய்? கீழே தாழ்ந்து விடு; முழுவதும் உறங்கு.
