Sukta 7.51
आदित्यासो अदितिर्मादयन्तां मित्रो अर्यमा वरुणो रजिष्ठाः । अस्माकं सन्तु भुवनस्य गोपाः पिबन्तु सोममवसे नो अद्य ॥
ādityā́so áditiḥ mādayantāṃ mitró aryamā́ váruṇo rájiṣṭhāḥ | asmā́kaṃ santu bhúvanasya gopā́ḥ píbantu sómam ávase no adyá ||
ஆதித்யர்களும் அதிதியும் மகிழ்வுறட்டும்; மித்ரன், அர்யமன், வருணன்—ஒளிமிக்க நேர்மையான தெய்வத் தேஜஸில் உறுதியானவர்கள்—எங்கள் உலகின் காவலர்களாக இருப்பார்களாக. இன்று எங்களைப் பேணுவதற்காக அவர்கள் சோமத்தை அருந்தட்டும்—எங்களுள் அவர்களின் செயலை வளர்க்கும் அந்த ஆனந்தம்.
