Transliteration
yáḥ śagmás tuvíśagma te rāyó dā́mā matīnā́m | sómaḥ sutáḥ sá índra té’sti svadhā́pate mádaḥ ||
Translation
பிழிந்த அந்த சோமம்—ஷக்ம (வலிமைமிக்கது), துவிஷக்ம (மிகவும் வலிமைமிக்கது)—இந்திரா, எங்கள் மதி (சிந்தனை-ஊக்கம்) க்காக ரயஸ் (செல்வப் பெருக்குகள்) அளிப்பவனாகவும் கட்டிப்பிணைப்பவனாகவும் ஆகிறது; ஸ்வதாபதே, அதுவே உனது மத்.
