कितवासो यद्रिरिपुर्न दीवि यद्वा घा सत्यमुत यन्न विद्म । सर्वा ता वि ष्य शिथिरेव देवाधा ते स्याम वरुण प्रियासः ॥
kitavā́so yád riripúr ná dīví yád vā ghā satyám utá yán ná vidmá | sárvā tā́ ví sya śithirá-iva devā́dhā te syāma varuṇa priyā́saḥ ||
அவசரமான விளையாட்டில் (சூதாட்டத்தில்) நாங்கள் செய்ததெல்லாம், அல்லது பகைமையில், அல்லது வெளிச்சமான வெளியில்; அறிந்தே செய்ததையும், அறியாமல் செய்ததையும்—ஓ தேவா! அவையனைத்தையும் தளர்த்தி சிதறச் செய், தளர்ந்த கட்டைப் போல. அப்பொழுது, ஓ வருணா, நாங்கள் உனக்கு அன்புக்குரியவர்களாக இருப்போமாக.
