Sukta 5.2
उत स्वानासो दिवि षन्त्वग्नेस्तिग्मायुधा रक्षसे हन्तवा उ । मदे चिदस्य प्र रुजन्ति भामा न वरन्ते परिबाधो अदेवीः ॥
utá svānā́so diví ṣantu agnés tiǵmāyudhā rákṣase hántavā u | máde cid asya prá rujanti bhā́mā ná varante paribā́dho ádevīḥ ||
மேலும் அவனுடைய கர்ஜிக்கும் சக்திகள் திவியில் நிலைபெறட்டும்—அக்னியின் கூரிய ஆயுதங்களாய்—ரக்ஷஸை வதைக்க. அவன் மதத்தில் கூட அவன் தீப்திகள் வெடித்தெழுகின்றன; அதேவீ பரிபாதங்கள் அந்தச் சூழ்ந்தழுத்தும் அழுத்தத்தைத் தடுக்க இயலாது.
