Sukta 4.35
ये देवासो अभवता सुकृत्या श्येना इवेदधि दिवि निषेद । ते रत्नं धात शवसो नपातः सौधन्वना अभवतामृतासः ॥
yé devā́so ábhavatā sukṛtyā́ śyenā́ ivéd ádhi diví niṣédá | té rátnam dhāta śaváso napātaḥ saudhánvanā ábhavatāmṛ́tāsaḥ ||
சுக்ருத்யா (சித்த நற்செயல்) மூலம் தேவர்களான நீங்கள், ஷ்யேன (பருந்து) போலவே விண்ணில் அமர்ந்தீர்கள். ஆகவே, ஓ ஷவஸோ நபாதः (வலிமையின் புதல்வர்களே), ஓ ஸௌதன்வனர்கள் (ஸௌதன்வ வம்சத்தோர்), ரத்தினத்தை நிறுவுங்கள்; எங்களுக்காக அம்ருதாஸः (அமர சக்திகள்) ஆகுங்கள்—மனிதனுள் அமரப் பயனை நிலைநிறுத்துவோர்.
