Sukta 4.33
यत्संवत्समृभवो गामरक्षन्यत्संवत्समृभवो मा अपिंशन् । यत्संवत्समभरन्भासो अस्यास्ताभिः शमीभिरमृतत्वमाशुः ॥
yát saṃvatsám ṛbhávo gā́m árakṣan yát saṃvatsám ṛbhávo mā́ ápiṃśan | yát saṃvatsám ábharan bhā́so asyā́s tā́bhiḥ śámībhir amṛtatvám ā́śuḥ ||
ஒரு முழு ஸம்வத்ஸரம் (ஆண்டு) ரிபுக்கள் அந்தக் கோவைக் (ஞானக் கதிரை) காத்தனர்; ஒரு ஸம்வத்ஸரம் ரிபுக்கள் என்னை/அவளை செதுக்கி நிறைவு செய்தனர்; ஒரு ஸம்வத்ஸரம் அவளுடைய ஒளிமிகு பிரகாசங்களை அவர்கள் ஏந்தி வந்தனர்—அந்தச் சீரிய கைவினைச் செயல்களாலே அவர்கள் அமரத்துவத்தை அடைந்தனர்.
