Sukta 3.60
इन्द्र ऋभुभिर्वाजिभिर्वाजयन्निह स्तोमं जरितुरुप याहि यज्ञियम् । शतं केतेभिरिषिरेभिरायवे सहस्रणीथो अध्वरस्य होमनि ॥
índra ṛ́bhubhir vājíbhir vājáyann ihá stómam jaritúr úpa yāhi yajñíyam | śatáṃ két ebhir iṣirébhir ā́yave sahásra-nītho adhvarásya hómani ||
ஓ இந்திரா! ரிபுக்களுடனும் வேகமிகு வாஜிகளுடனும், இங்கே ‘வாஜ’ (வளம்/வலிமை) பெருகச் செய்து, யஜ்ஞியமானவனே—பாடுபவனின் ஸ்தோத்திரத்தருகே வா. நாடுபவனுக்காக நூறு கூர்மையான கேதுக்களால் (அறிவுக் குறிகளால்) ஒளிர்வோனே, ‘ஸஹஸ்ர-நீத’ (ஆயிரம் வழிகளில் நடத்துபவன்) நீ அத்வரத்தின் ஹோம-இடத்தில் இருப்பாயாக।
