Transliteration
mitrásya carṣaṇīdhṛ́to ’vó devásya sānásī | dyumnáṃ citráśravastamam ||
Translation
மக்களைத் தாங்கும் தேவனாகிய மித்ரனின் அருளுதவியை எங்களுக்காகப் பெற்றுத் தா; மேலும் பலவகைப் புகழில் சிறந்த ‘சித்ரஶ்ரவஸ்-தம’ எனும் அந்த ஒளிமிகு த்யும்னத்தையும் எங்களுக்குக் கொடு—கேள்வியில் ஒளிர்ந்து எங்கும் பரவுவது.
