विद्मा हि त्वा धनंजयं वाजेषु दधृषं कवे । अधा ते सुम्नमीमहे ॥
Transliteration
vidmā́ hí tvā dhanam-jayáṁ vā́jeṣu dadhṛṣáṁ kave | ádhā te sumnám īmahe ||
Translation
ஓ தனஞ்சயா, வாஜங்களில் (வலச் செழிப்புகளில்) துணிவுடையவனே, ஓ கவி (தரிசன-சக்தி) யே, உன்னை நாங்கள் நன்கு அறிவோம். ஆகையால் உன் சும்னம்—அருள்/மங்களம்—எங்களை அணுகுமாறு வேண்டுகிறோம்.
