Sukta 3.38
इनोत पृच्छ जनिमा कवीनां मनोधृतः सुकृतस्तक्षत द्याम् । इमा उ ते प्रण्यो वर्धमाना मनोवाता अध नु धर्मणि ग्मन् ॥
inóta pṛ́ccha jánimā kavīnā́m manodhṛ́taḥ su-kṛ́tas takṣata dyā́m | imā́ u te práṇyo vardhamānā mánovātā ádha nú dhármaṇi gman ||
கவிகளின் (ரிஷிகளின்) பிறப்பின் மறையைத் தூண்டி வினவு; மனத்தில் தாங்கப்பட்ட சுக்ருத சக்திகள் த்யாவை (சிந்தனை-வானை) வடித்தன. உன்னுடைய இப் பிராண்ய இயக்கங்கள் மனோவாதத்தால் வளர்கின்றன; அப்பொழுது அவை நிச்சயமாக தர்மம்—ருதத்தின் ஒழுங்கில்—செல்கின்றன.
