Sukta 2.30
अव क्षिप दिवो अश्मानमुच्चा येन शत्रुं मन्दसानो निजूर्वाः । तोकस्य सातौ तनयस्य भूरेरस्माँ अर्धं कृणुतादिन्द्र गोनाम् ॥
áva kṣipa divó áśmānam uccā́ yénā śátruṃ mandasā́nó ní-jūrvāḥ | tókasyā sātáu tánayasya bhū́rer asmā́n árdhaṃ kṛṇutād indra gónām ||
வானத்திலிருந்து அந்த உயர்ந்த கல்லை கீழே எறி; அதனால் நீ மகிழ்ந்து பகைவரை நசுக்குகிறாய். குழந்தையின் வெற்றிக்காகவும், மிகுந்த சந்ததிப் பெருக்கிற்காகவும், ஓ இந்திரா, ஒளிக்கதிர்கள் (கோ) இல் எங்களுக்கு உரிய பங்கை அருள்வாயாக.
