मन्दमान ऋतादधि प्रजायै सखिभिरिन्द्र इषिरेभिरर्थम् । आभिर्हि माया उप दस्युमागान्मिहः प्र तम्रा अवपत्तमांसि ॥
mándamāna ṛtā́d ádhi prajā́yai sákhibhir índra iṣirébhiḥ ártham | ā́bhir hí māyā́ úpa dasyúm ā́gān míhaḥ prá tamrā́ avapat tamā́ṃsi ||
தத்தின் மேலிருந்து மகிழ்ந்து வளர்ந்து, பிரஜை-விருத்திக்காக, இந்திரன் தன் தீவிரமான நண்பர்களுடன் இலக்கை நாடினான். இம்மாயா-சக்திகளாலேயே அவன் தஸ்யுவை அணுகினான்; செம்பொன் நிற மந்தங்கள் விலகின, இருள்கள் தள்ளப்பட்டன.
