भूर्जज्ञ उत्तानपदो भुव आशा अजायन्त । अदितेर्दक्षो अजायत दक्षाद्वदितिः परि ॥
Transliteration
bhū́r jajñe uttāná-pado bhúva āśā́ ajāyanta | ádite r dákṣo ajāyata dákṣād v áditiḥ pári ||
Translation
விரிந்த அடித்தளப் பாதங்களுடன் (உத்தானபத) பூமி பிறந்தது; அந்தரிக்ஷம் வெளிப்பட்டது; ஆசையின் திசைகள் பிறந்தன. அதிதியிலிருந்து தக்ஷன் தோன்றினான்; தக்ஷனிலிருந்து மீண்டும் அதிதி—அனந்தம் தன் ஒழுங்கமைந்த ஆற்றலால் சுற்றிவந்து நிற்கிறது.
