Sukta 10.51
को मा ददर्श कतमः स देवो यो मे तन्वो बहुधा पर्यपश्यत् । क्वाह मित्रावरुणा क्षियन्त्यग्नेर्विश्वाः समिधो देवयानीः ॥
kó mā dadarśa katamáḥ sá devó yó me tanvò bahudhā́ pár(y) apaśyat | kvā́ha mitrā́varuṇā kṣiyanty agnér víśvāḥ samídho deva-yānī́ḥ ||
என்னை யார் கண்டார்? என் உடலின் பலவகை வடிவங்களைச் சுற்றிலும் நோக்கிய அந்த தேவன் யார்? உண்மையில் மித்ரனும் வருணனும் எங்கே வாசிக்கின்றனர்? மேலும் தெய்வப் பாதை (தேவயானி) நோக்கி இட்டுச் செல்லும் அக்னியின் எல்லா சமிதைகளும் எங்கே?
