Sukta 10.42
किमङ्ग त्वा मघवन्भोजमाहुः शिशीहि मा शिशयं त्वा शृणोमि । अप्नस्वती मम धीरस्तु शक्र वसुविदं भगमिन्द्रा भरा नः ॥
kím aṅg tvā maghavan bhojám āhuḥ śiśī́hi mā śiśayáṃ tvā śṛṇomi | ápnasvatī́ máma dhī́r astu śakra vasu-vídaṃ bhágam indrā́ bhara naḥ ||
ஹே மகவன், ஏன் அவர்கள் உம்மை ‘போகம் அளிப்பவன்’ என்று அழைக்கிறார்கள்? என்னைத் தீட்டுங்கள்; உம்மை விழிப்பூட்டுபவனாக நான் கேட்கிறேன். ஹே ஶக்ர, என் தீ (உணர்வு/புத்தி) செயல்-வளமுடன் இருக்கட்டும்; ஹே இந்திரா, எங்களுக்கு வசு-வித் பாகத்தை—செல்வத்தை கண்டுபிடிக்கும் உண்மைப் பங்கினை—கொண்டு வாருங்கள்.
