agnī́ṣomā yó adyá vā́m idáṃ vácaḥ sapáryati | tásmai dhattaṃ su-vī́ryaṃ gavā́ṃ póṣaṃ sv-áśvyam ||
Translation
அக்னி–சோமா! இன்று இந்த வாக்கால் உங்களைச் சபர்யை (வழிபாடு) செய்பவனுக்கு உறுதியான சுவீர்யம் (வீரவலிமை) அளியுங்கள்; பசுக்களின் போஷணம் (வளர்ச்சி) மற்றும் சிறந்த அஸ்வ-செல்வமும் அருளுங்கள்.
