Sundarakāṇḍa Sarga 47
स तस्य वेगं च कपेर्महात्मनः पराक्रमं चारिषु पार्थिवात्मजः।विचारयन्स्वं च बलं महाबलो हिमक्षये सूर्य इवाभिवर्धते।।5.47.9।।
sa tasya vegaṃ ca kaper mahātmanaḥ parākramaṃ cāriṣu pārthivātmajaḥ |
vicārayan svaṃ ca balaṃ mahābalo himakṣaye sūrya ivābhivardhate ||5.47.9||
அப்போது மகாபலமுடைய அரசகுமாரன், மகாத்மா கபியின் வேகத்தையும் பகைவர்மேல் அவன் காட்டிய பராக்கிரமத்தையும், தன் வலத்தையும் நன்கு ஆராய்ந்து, பனிக்காலம் நீங்கியபின் சூரியன் ஒளியில் வளர்வதுபோல் தைரியமும் நம்பிக்கையும் பெருகினான்.
