malapaṅkadharāṃ dīnāṃ maṇḍanārhām amaṇḍitām | prabhāṃ nakṣatrarājasya kālameghair ivāvṛtām ||

Translation

அழுக்கும் சேறும் படிந்தவளாய், துயருற்றவளாய், அலங்கரிக்கத் தகுதியுள்ளவளாயினும் அலங்காரமின்றி—கருமேகங்கள் மூடிய சந்திரனின் ஒளிபோல் அவள் தோன்றினாள்।
