The Sound-Target Tragedy, the Sage’s Curse, and Dasaratha’s Death
एवमुक्त्वा तु दिव्येन विमानेन वपुष्मता।आरुरोह दिवं क्षिप्रं मुनिपुत्रो जितेन्द्रियः।।।।
evam uktvā tu divyena vimānena vapuṣmatā | āruroha divaṃ kṣipraṃ muniputro jitendriyaḥ ||
இவ்வாறு கூறிய பின், இந்திரியங்களை வென்ற முனிவின் புதல்வன் ஒளிமிகு தெய்வ விமானத்தில் ஏறி விரைவாக விண்ணுலகத்திற்குச் சென்றான்.
The sage's son with his senses under control said this while ascending heaven on a beautiful, celestial, aerial chariot.
