Arrival at Chitrakuta and Establishing the Leaf-Hut

सौमित्रे श्रुणु वन्यानां वल्गु व्याहरतां स्वनम्।सम्प्रतिष्ठामहे काल प्रस्थानस्य परन्तप।।।।

saumitre śṛṇu vanyānāṁ valgu vyāharatāṁ svanam | sampratiṣṭhāmahe kālaḥ prasthānasya parantapa ||

ஏ சௌமித்ரே! வனப் பறவைகள் இனிமையாகக் கூவும் குரலைக் கேள். ஏ பரந்தபா! இப்போது புறப்படும் காலம் வந்தது; நாம் கிளம்புவோம்.
