Transliteration

sa tu saṃviśya medinyāṃ mahārhaśayanocitaḥ | imāḥ saumitraye rāmo vyājahāra kathāḥ śubhāḥ ||

Translation

மிக உயர்ந்த படுக்கைக்கு உரியவராயினும் ராமர் பூமியிலே படுத்து, சௌமித்ரியிடம் மங்களமும் நலமும் தரும் சொற்களை உரைத்தார்.
