अनवाप्तातपत्रस्य रश्मिसन्तापितस्य ते।एभिश्छायां करिष्यामः स्वैश्छत्रैर्वाजपेयिकैः।।।।

Transliteration

anavāptātapatrasya raśmi-santāpitasya te |

ebhis chāyāṃ kariṣyāmaḥ svaiś chatrair vājapeyikaiḥ ||

Translation

அன்பு வத்ஸா! உனக்கு குடை இல்லை; சூரியக் கதிர்களின் வெப்பத்தால் நீ வாடுகிறாய். ஆகையால் எங்கள் வாஜபேய யாகத்திற்குரிய புனிதக் குடைகளால் உனக்கு நிழல் அளிப்போம்.
