kaccin mukhyā mahatsv eva madhyameṣu ca madhyamāḥ | jaghanyāś ca jaghanyeṣu bhṛtyāḥ karmasu yojitāḥ ||
உன் பணியாளர்களைத் தகுதிக்கேற்ப பணிகளில் நியமித்துள்ளாயா—மிகச் சிறந்தவர்களை மிக முக்கியப் பணிகளில், நடுத்தரரை நடுத்தர கடமைகளில், குறைந்தவர்களைத் தாழ்ந்த பணிகளில்?
