The Exposition of the Nityā-paṭala
प्रयोगान्साधयेद्धीमान् मंगलायाः प्रसादतः । संपूज्य देवतां विप्रकुमारीं कन्यकां तु वा ॥ १८७ ॥
prayogānsādhayeddhīmān maṃgalāyāḥ prasādataḥ | saṃpūjya devatāṃ viprakumārīṃ kanyakāṃ tu vā || 187 ||
அறிவுடையவன் மங்களா தேவியின் அருளால் இப் பிரயோகங்களைச் சிறப்பாக நிறைவேற்ற வேண்டும். முதலில் தேவதையை முறையாகப் பூஜித்து, பின்னர் விதிப்படி பிராமண குமாரியையோ அல்லது ஒரு கன்னியையோ உரிய மரியாதையுடன் போற்ற வேண்டும்.
