The Description of the Four Durgā Mantras
आद्यं द्वितीयं करयोस्तार्तीयमुभयं न्यसेत् । मूलाधारे हृदि न्यस्य भूयो बीजत्रयं क्रमात् ॥ ४६ ॥
ādyaṃ dvitīyaṃ karayostārtīyamubhayaṃ nyaset | mūlādhāre hṛdi nyasya bhūyo bījatrayaṃ kramāt || 46 ||
முதல் மற்றும் இரண்டாம் பீஜங்களை இரு கைகளிலும் ந்யாசம் செய்ய வேண்டும்; மூன்றாம் பீஜத்தை இரண்டிலும் (சேர்த்து) நிறுவ வேண்டும். பின்னர் மூலாதாரத்திலும் இதயத்திலும் ந்யாசம் செய்து, வரிசையாக மீண்டும் மூன்று பீஜங்களையும் நிறுவ வேண்டும்.
