आसन्नमृत्यवस्ते तु विनष्टमतयो मुनिम् । पद्भिः संताडयामासुर्बाहूं च जगृहुः परे ॥ १०१ ॥
āsannamṛtyavaste tu vinaṣṭamatayo munim | padbhiḥ saṃtāḍayāmāsurbāhūṃ ca jagṛhuḥ pare || 101 ||
ஆனால் அறிவு கெட்டவர்கள், மரணத்திற்கு அருகில் இருந்த அந்த முனிவரைப் பார்த்து கால்களால் உதைக்கத் தொடங்கினர்; மற்றவர்கள் அவரது கரங்களைப் பிடித்தனர்।
