Sanatkumara (in instruction to attendants/disciples, within the Narada–Sanatkumara dialogue frame)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: raudra
Secondary Rasa: bhayanaka
It asserts that reverence (praṇāma) and refuge in Nārāyaṇa are inseparable from reaching Viṣṇu’s abode; aversion to Viṣṇu-bhakti leads to spiritual downfall and continued entanglement in sin.
Bhakti is shown as a lived posture of surrender—bowing to Nārāyaṇa as śaraṇāgata-pālaka (protector of the surrendered). Without this orientation, one does not attain Viṣṇvālaya (the Lord’s realm).
No specific Vedāṅga technique is taught here; the practical takeaway is ethical-dharma discipline—avoiding pāpa and cultivating daily acts of devotion such as praṇāma and śaraṇāgati toward Nārāyaṇa.
