Sanatkumara (in dialogue with Narada)
Vrata: Ekādaśī (timing emphasis); Dvādaśī (timing emphasis)
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It highlights specific cosmic and calendrical junctions—Ekādaśī alignments, tithi combinations, eclipses, and epoch-beginnings—as especially potent times for dharmic practice, when merit (puṇya) is considered to multiply.
By emphasizing Ekādaśī and other sacred time-windows, the verse supports disciplined devotional observance (vrata), a practical framework often used for sustaining Viṣṇu-bhakti through fasting, japa, and worship at highly sanctified times.
It reflects Jyotiṣa/Vedāṅga time-reckoning—tithi (lunar day), vāra (weekday), grahaṇa (eclipse), and larger cycles like Manvantara and Yuga—used to determine auspicious timings for rites and vows.
