Sanatkumāra (teaching in dialogue to Nārada; addressing a Solar-dynasty listener as arkavaṃśaja)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It teaches that sincere reverence to Viṣṇu is spiritually decisive: even without elaborate pūjā, it grants a liberating state described as Śiva-sāyujya, free from rebirth.
Bhakti is presented as accessible and effective—inner honoring (acana) of Viṣṇu can surpass external ritual complexity, culminating in mokṣa (punarāvṛtti-varjita).
Ritual emphasis is minimized: the verse implies that correct intention and devotion can stand even when formal pūjā-vidhi is absent, pointing to a practical prioritization of bhakti over elaborate kalpa-style procedure.
