Vāmana’s Advent, Aditi’s Hymn, Bali’s Gift, and the Mahatmya of Bhū-dāna

Nārada
Vrata: pativrata (as a vrata/niyama)
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It presents pativratā-dharma as a form of sustained dharmic power: inner discipline, loyalty, and restraint from hostility become a spiritual force that supports righteous order in daily life.
Bhakti here is shown as parāyaṇatā—single-pointed dedication—expressed through consistent service, fidelity, and self-control, treating one’s chosen duty as an offering rather than mere social obligation.
No specific Vedāṅga (like Vyākaraṇa or Jyotiṣa) is taught directly; the practical takeaway is sadācāra (ethical conduct) and vrata-like discipline—abandoning quarrelsome speech and maintaining harmony as a lived dharma.
