The Exposition of the Ṣaṣṭhī-vrata Observed Through the Twelve Months
रक्तैर्गंधांशुकैः पुष्पैर्नैवेद्यैर्धूपदीपकैः । एवमभ्यर्च्य विधिवद्यद्यच्चाभिलषेन्नरः ॥ ४९ ॥
raktairgaṃdhāṃśukaiḥ puṣpairnaivedyairdhūpadīpakaiḥ | evamabhyarcya vidhivadyadyaccābhilaṣennaraḥ || 49 ||
சிவப்பு காணிக்கைகள், நறுமண ஆடைகள், மலர்கள், நைவேத்யம், தூபம்-தீபம் ஆகியவற்றால்—இவ்வாறு விதிப்படி வழிபட்டால்—மனிதன் விரும்பியதை அடைகிறான்।
