Adhyaya 92 — Devi’s Assurance of Protection and the Fruits of Reciting the Devi Mahatmyam
शत्रुतो न भयं तस्य दस्युतो वा न राजतः ।
न शस्त्रानलतोयौघात् कदाचित् सम्भविष्यति ॥
śatruto na bhayaṃ tasya dasyuto vā na rājataḥ |
na śastrānalatoyaughāt kadācit sambhaviṣyati ||
அந்த பக்தருக்கு பகைவரிடமிருந்தும், கொள்ளையர்களிடமிருந்தும், அரசனிடமிருந்தும் அச்சம் எழாது; ஆயுதம், தீ, நீர்ப்பெருக்கு ஆகியவற்றாலும் எந்நாளும் அபாயம் வராது।
