पशुपुष्पार्घ्यधूपैश्च गन्धदीपैस्तथोत्तमैः ।

विप्राणां भोजनैर्हेमैः प्रॊक्षणीयैरहर्निशम् ॥

Transliteration

paśupuṣpārghyadhūpaiśca gandhadīpaistathottamaiḥ / viprāṇāṃ bhojanairhemaiḥ prokṣaṇīyairaharniśam

Translation

பசுபலி, மலர்கள், அர்க்யம், தூபம் ஆகியவற்றுடன்; சிறந்த நறுமணப் பொருட்கள் மற்றும் விளக்குகளுடன்; பிராமணருக்கு அன்னதானம், பொன், மேலும் ப்ரோட்சணம் (புனித நீர் தெளித்தல்) ஆகியவற்றுடன்—இரவும் பகலும் விதிப்படி வழிபட்டு பிரசன்னப்படுத்த வேண்டும்.
