तस्य छित्त्वा ततो देवी लीलयैव शरोत्करान् ।
जघान तुरगान् बाणैर्यन्तारं चैव वाजिनाम् ॥
tasya cchittvā tato devī līlayaiva śarotkarān / jaghāna turagān bāṇairyantāraṃ caiva vājinām
அப்போது தேவி அவன் எய்த அம்புக்கூட்டங்களை விளையாட்டுபோல் வெட்டி வீழ்த்தி, தன் அம்புகளால் குதிரைகளைத் தள்ளி வீழ்த்தினாள்; மேலும் அந்த குதிரைகளின் சாரதியையும் வீழ்த்தினாள்.
