Adhyaya 83 — The Slaying of Mahishasura’s Armies and the Final Death of Mahishasura
वेगेन कांश्चिदपरान् नादेन भ्रमणेन च ।
निश्वासपवनेनान्यान् पातयामास भूतले ॥
vegena kāṃś cid aparān nādena bhramaṇena ca | niśvāsapavanenānyān pātayāmāsa bhūtale ||
சிலரை அவன் வேகத்தாலேயே வீழ்த்தினான்; சிலரை கர்ஜனையாலும் சுழலும் அசைவுகளாலும்; இன்னும் சிலரை அவன் மூச்சின் காற்றால் தரையில் தள்ளினான்।
