केचिच्च चिक्षिपुः शक्तीः केचित् पाशांस्तथापरे ।
देवीं खड्गप्रहारैस्तु ते तां हन्तुं प्रचक्रमुः ॥
kecicca cikṣipuḥ śaktīḥ kecit pāśāṃstathāpare / devīṃ khaḍgaprahāraistu te tāṃ hantuṃ pracakramuḥ
சிலர் ஈட்டிகளை எறிந்தனர்; சிலர் பாசங்களை வீசினர்; மேலும் வாள்வெட்டுகளால் தேவியை கொல்ல முயன்றனர்।
